Vision

To create a thriving, integrated (Kenya Constitution) and inclusive community where immigrants and refugees are empowered to achieve and accomplish within the law and social convention to achieve their fullest potential through entrepreneurship, education, and holistic well-being, fostering vibrant and supportive host communities that celebrate diversity and resilience.

Our core Values

We believe that by stimulating the local, grassroots economy, and stimulating the development of enterprises, we will be directly relieving the burden of poverty in the rural economies of the country. We believe it is almost impossible to develop sustainable business without access to, efficient use of, and promotion of water, sanitary and hygienic
conditions and in this way, we develop the capacity of the communities to build resistance to disease, and sickness that debilitates their potential
to be active players in the economy. We believe that by taking the whole person and their family, and community into consideration that the Nation and its
entire people will be benefited. We do not simply look at that aspect of a person's life that turns them into an unwilling or willing participant in the informal
or formal economy. We look at the social-economic ecology of the larger environment to lift them up into the middle class. We believe that time is of the essence.

There is little time to waste as the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. We are defining the middle class. We are rounding out their capacity to survive in the face of overwhelming negative impacts on every aspect of their lives. .
